Having almost signed a lease on a restaurant, the Covid lockdown was then used to convert a Rice Richardson horse trailer into a mobile pizza palace... Finally Dough & Flow was born...
Having travelled the world sampling pizza from classic recipes and famous Pizzaiolo’s across the UK, to the NY slice and Chicago Deep pan in the US, and our favourite - traditional Neapolitan Pizza from Naples itself… The core principle was clear - Great tasting pizza can only be made from the greatest ingredients. Therefore at Dough & Flow you will only ever enjoy recipes using traditional Neapolitan methods and the finest ingredients.

Neapolitan Pizza Dough is made up of 4 ingredients; Flour, Water, Yeast & Salt- fermented for a minimum 24 hours to create a complex tasting, crispy crust and extremely digestible pizza base.
Roccbox Pizza Ovens the portable powerhouses create up to 500c of heat allowing each pizza the temperature it needs to come out screaming in just 90 seconds

All of our ingredients ethically sourced and of the highest quality- we use traditional Italian for our core ingredients and local suppliers to supplement.
San Marzano Tomatoes- Flown in from the Campania region of Italy, they pack a serious flavour; known for their sweetness and balanced acidity.
Fior di Latte- Mozzarella Flown in from Naples an Italian mozzarella made from cow's milk, its creamy taste and melting capabilities make it the world's best.
Caputo Flour - flown in from Naples where it has been produced since 1924. It is internationally recognised as the best pizza flour in the world.

Sharing Wedding Breakfast
Relaxed informal wedding breakfast with Charcuterie sharing planks to start, Pizza for main, and our epic indulgent dessert boards including our infamous homemade brownies.
Individual Pizza's - Our handmade Neapolitan Pizzas are made to order from our beautiful vintage horse trailer. We can serve between 40-70 per hour. This gives guests a theatrical insight into the making of our Pizza whilst they soak up the unique vibes only a wedding can bring.
Buffet Style- A sociable way to taste amazing slices of our handmade Neapolitan Pizza, served on 4 boards in front of our vintage horse trailer for we keep the pizzas coming to make sure everyone is satisfied.
